Applicable law
These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the provincial or federal courts located within the Province of Ontario Canada.
Other
Subject to the terms of any other agreements signed by iLogic for materials and services purchased through this site, these terms constitute the entire agreement between you and iLogic governing your use of the site. Should any provision in these terms be found invalid or unenforceable for any reason, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. You agree that any claim arising out of or related to these terms of use or your use of the site must be filed within one year after it arose or be permanently barred.
